Shipping Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to the sale and delivery of heat pump systems by  VELORA's Branch within the United States, with or without professional installation services.


2. Delivery Areas

We deliver heat pump equipment:

  • within the United States,

  • to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas may be subject to additional fees and extended delivery times.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • product availability,

  • manufacturer lead times,

  • carrier scheduling,

  • weather conditions or logistical constraints.

Typical delivery times range from 5 to 12 days after order confirmation.
Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation unless required by applicable law.


4. Delivery Method

  • Delivery is generally made curbside or driveway drop-off.

  • Inside delivery, lifting, or placement may require prior approval and may incur additional charges.

  • Deliveries are scheduled in advance whenever possible.

The customer or an authorized representative must be present at the time of delivery.


5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • ensuring clear and safe access for delivery vehicles,

  • verifying that the delivery location can accommodate the equipment size and weight,

  • complying with local zoning or HOA requirements, if applicable.

Any failed or rescheduled delivery due to access issues or incorrect information may result in additional delivery fees.


6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receipt, the customer must:

  • inspect the equipment and packaging immediately,

  • note any visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt,

  • notify VELORA's Branch in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void delivery-related claims.


7. Transfer of Risk and Title

Risk of loss and title to the equipment transfer to the customer upon delivery at the designated location, unless otherwise required by applicable state law.


8. Storage Prior to Installation

If installation is scheduled for a later date:

  • the customer is responsible for safe storage of the equipment,

  • VELORA's Branch is not liable for damage, loss, or theft occurring after delivery and before installation.


9. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, severe weather, labor shortages, or force majeure events.
